Effective October 2024: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If a payment through the available methods fails or is refused by the payment service provider, the Owner shall be under no obligation to fulfill the purchase order. If a payment fails or is refused, the Owner reserves the right to claim any related expenses or damages from the User.

Digital goods that come with source code are not eligible for refund or return.

ScroogeXHTML Server Deployment Licenses

ScroogeXHTML Server Deployment Licenses or parts of it may not be distributed, sold, rented or transferred to any other party, this includes mergers and acquisitions of the license holder.

The ScroogeXHTML library may not be distributed with your code as a separate binary (jar file).
